Job Title: Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects in architectural, structural, and M&E works.
  • Check finishes and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant quality standards.
  • Record and report all defects found, with supporting photos and location markings.
  • Assist in preparing defect lists, punch lists, or rectification reports for subcontractors.
  • Maintain proper logs of inspection activities and rectification progress.
  • Liaise with subcontractors or workers to ensure timely rectification of defects.
  • Re-inspect completed rectification work to ensure quality compliance.
  • Update the status of rectification work and escalate if repeated defects occur.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in English (Both verbal & written)
  • Training will be provided
