Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Expert

Job Overview

As a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Expert, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent in the market. Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and liaising with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical input and advise on print, POSM, visual merchandising and premium projects
  • Oversee (and assist with) the procurement of clients marketing collateral, delivering on time, to specification, to quality and to contractual targets
  • Project management of campaigns and components
  • Develop strong relationships with client's brand teams
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers
  • Implement and use of reporting tools
  • Measure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action
  • Measure KPIs and service standards against agreed and obligated levels
  • Predict potential areas of shortfall and implement remedial action as necessary
