Job Title: Campus Facilities Manager

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will oversee the booking and estate management of shared facilities in a school campus, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the booking and utilization of shared facilities such as Auditorium, Arts Centre, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool, Futsal Court, and Tennis Courts.
  • To source opportunities for external bookings of shared facilities, including concerts, workshops, conferences, and events, and facilitate bookings from both schools and external parties.
  • To provide logistical support for external events and programs, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruptions.
  • To supervise a team of cleaners, providing guidance and training to maintain cleanliness and high standards.
  • To liaise with contractors on estate maintenance and improvement works, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • To communicate effectively with external hirers on their bookings, usage, and payment, resolving any issues promptly.
  • To coordinate bookings for both schools and external hirers, maximizing utilization and minimizing conflicts.
  • To work closely with both schools on campus finance matters, including annual budget and expenditure expenses, fixed assets, and quarterly income and expense updates.
  • In case of unforeseen health and safety events, the individual must be able to perform the duties of a Safe Management Officer, planning, coordinating, and implementing prescribed Safe Management Measures based on legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in any discipline (candidates without a diploma but with relevant experience and expertise are also eligible)
  • At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in marketing, logistics, or estate management
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills

Working Arrangements:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:45pm
  • Fridays: 8:30am to 5:15pm
  • No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Salary Information:

We offer an attractive salary package, estimated to be around $6,000 - $7,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits and perks to enhance your overall well-being and job satisfaction.
