Job Description:

As a Senior Plant Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant. You will be responsible for supporting the shift charge engineer in achieving contractual, technical, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality monitoring and plant operations in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise on the isolation and normalization of equipment in accordance with the Permit-To-Work system.
  • Act as first response for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
  • Ensure all maintenance and modification activities are conducted safely and in compliance with plant procedures.
  • Collect raw material and product samples for laboratory testing.

Carry out and follow up on routine plant operations and daily tasks to maintain optimal performance and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Nitec, GCE 'N' Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an industrial or plant environment.
  • Experience in the power plant industry is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts at our Tuas South location.
