TikTok Shop Governance Strategist

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the APAC Ecommerce Governance and Experience team at TikTok PTE. LTD.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies and policies to govern creators' account health, violations, rewards, penalties, and livestreaming performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement new policies and operational workflows to enhance large-scale automation, risk detection, and mitigation, as well as quality assurance and improvements.
2. Analyze data to measure, identify, mitigate, and monitor risks to raise the overall ecommerce content ecosystem quality and personalized recommendations.
3. Engage cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate, pre-empt, and analyze content and creator governance pain points; derive and implement action plans and operational workflows to resolve them.
4. Act as an escalation point of contact and manage internal communications on all creator governance issues.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of experience leading programs and developing policies.
They will be highly analytical, with excellent programme management and communication skills, and be able to plan for and manage complex projects.
Familiarity with ecommerce compliance and ecosystem management, as well as strategic business sensitivity, will be advantageous.
