Junior Retail Associate

As a retail sales team member, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will deliver exceptional customer service to all customers visiting our stores. You will develop and maintain strong product knowledge of in-store products, perform sales transactions, and assist with stock inventory management.

  • Provide excellent Customer Service experience to all customers
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of in-store products
  • Perform sales transactions, upsell merchandise, and cashiering duties
  • Process product exchange and refund transactions
  • Assist with stock inventory management and maintenance of housekeeping duties and visual merchandising standards
  • Initiate and handle crowd control management during peak periods
  • Handle retail store POS system and submit sales reports
