Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Application Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science and technology, with a proven track record of developing innovative products and solutions for the beverage and dairy industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting product development work in various culinary applications on all product lines. You will provide technical services to customers to support business objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.

You will lead projects in the development of new solutions and application or modification of existing products, recipes, and processes based on customer needs. You will also provide timely technical support and knowledge to internal and external customers, prioritizing tasks based on customer status and project business impact.

Your focus will be on running laboratory trials on formulations of various culinary and processed meat products, ensuring all activities align with company policies, business strategies, and global innovation rules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing new product ideas and concepts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project execution
  • Providing technical expertise to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Running laboratory trials and testing product formulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a degree in food science, food technology, or a related field. You should have at least 8 years of relevant industrial experience in the beverage, dairy, or food ingredients industry.
