About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing professional to lead our APJ program marketing strategy, aligned with the company's overall business goals and go-to-market strategy.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable results, and will be able to lead and mentor a team of campaign and program managers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the APJ program marketing strategy,
- Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for APJ programs,
- Identify and prioritize APJ marketing opportunities,
- Manage budgets and resources for global APJ marketing programs,
- Lead and mentor a team of campaign and program managers,
- Provide direction and guidance to team members on marketing strategy and execution,
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance,
- Work closely with Field, Sales, Digital, Social, Email, and Operations teams,
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders,
This role requires an in-office presence three days per week. The successful candidate must be able to commute to the office regularly.
