Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the marketing strategy across India, SEA, and Australia/New Zealand.
  • Position Pearson as a leading education brand by developing marketing strategies that resonate with local audiences.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to both mature and new markets, driving brand recognition and sales growth across the region.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in B2B and D2C marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and leading high-performing regional marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances across APAC.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative and innovative, with the ability to think outside the box and drive growth through new and experimental marketing tactics.
