
Senior Human Resources and Administrative Manager

This role entails a fusion of human resource and administrative responsibilities.
Duties:Human Resource:- Coordinate job interviews, prepare employment contracts, and facilitate intern placements with polytechnics and universities.
- Manage leave systems, staff recreation, event management, HR reports, employee handbooks, and HR-related invoices.
- Ensure office cleanliness and attend to reception duties.
- Oversee administrative functions related to insurance, office maintenance, building facilities, and administrative-related invoices.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resource.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
