Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Core Banking Operations Business Process Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing core banking processes for clients in the banking industry.

Your primary objectives include collaborating with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, proposing improvements, and documenting process models, KPIs, and business rules using modeling techniques.

You will also conduct workshops, gather requirements, and document specifications to ensure clear communication with IT teams.

Furthermore, you will engage with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and act as a trusted advisor on industry best practices.

Additionally, you will work with IT teams to design automation solutions, ensure integration, and validate changes through testing and training.

Last but not least, you will monitor process performance, conduct reviews, and stay informed on emerging trends and technologies.
