We are seeking a skilled Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline business or operation processes and enhance efficiency.

You will be responsible for providing technical support for automation solutions, addressing user issues, and conducting training sessions for end-users.

You will work closely with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) team to gather operations requirements and relate them to deployment and integrations across customers.

Key responsibilities include managing Warehouse Management System (WMS) change requirements and projects, assisting project teams and sub-teams in implementing new WMS applications to multiple customers, and ensuring that multiple projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in related working experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and VBA, including scripting, macro development, and automation
  • Experience in creating Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization
  • Knowledge of Power Automate for building workflows, connecting applications, and automating tasks
  • Experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
