About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and improving the service education system for trainers and distributors in the Asia Pacific region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-service training on medical devices and related products, preparing service training materials and schedules, and managing the introduction of new product repairs.
Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing a service education system for medical devices and related products for engineers in other Business Centres, addressing technical inquiries, and providing technical support to Business Centres and distributors.
You will also be responsible for ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow-up on all technical inquiries, as well as planning and reviewing the Quality Management Systems of repair centers to secure and enhance repair quality.
