We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Drafter to join our team at MP DESIGN & CONTRACT PTE. LTD.

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop initial design concepts that align with client requirements and preferences, using expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Lumion software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
  • Select furniture, curate, and recommend materials, colors, and finishes.
  • Oversee project execution, schedule coordination, and progress claims.


Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Diploma in Building with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in the related industry. Experience in renovation and Additions and Alterations works is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and ability to work independently under pressure are also essential.
