You will plan staffing schedules and resolve any operational issues that may arise. Additionally, you will review service standards and product offerings to identify opportunities for growth and cost reduction.

A key aspect of this role is to stay ahead of the competition by identifying market trends and developing new ideas. You will work closely with functional support departments to align with strategic business objectives.

Other responsibilities include developing annual budgets, setting monthly sales targets, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also drive process improvements across all outlets to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Food & Beverage / Culinary Management or Business related
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 2 years of managing a portfolio of F&B outlets
  • Class 3 vehicle license
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities and self-confidence in decision-making
  • Leadership with strong influential and coaching skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead by example with a hands-on approach
  • Hands-on experience in managing F&B outlets, including coffee shops, food courts, fast-food restaurants, or similar establishments
