About Our Team:

We are a food heritage brand that celebrates the richness of Peranakan culture through authentic cuisine and heartfelt service.

We're expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join us as Service & Cuisine Preparation Staff, where you'll play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing traditional Peranakan dishes including kueh sambal curries and daily specials.
  • Support chefs with ingredient preparation chopping marinating plating etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service in both dine-in and takeaway settings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and service areas.
  • Assist with festive events and special occasions.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • A genuine interest in Peranakan cuisine and culture - training will be provided.
  • Brief experience in a kitchen or F&B service environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail.
  • A positive service-oriented attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.

Key Requirements:

  1. An enthusiasm for learning about our Peranakan cuisine and culture.
  2. A brief background in cooking or serving would be beneficial, though not necessary.
  3. The ability to multitask quickly and effectively.
  4. A willingness to participate in a collaborative environment.
  5. Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
