Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans that enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact.
  • Leading the preparation and presentation of detailed reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, reporting requirements, and governance standards.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in social work, nonprofit management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in program management and community engagement, with a focus on ageing-related initiatives.
  • Proven leadership experience in non-profit operations, preferably in the community care sector.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
