Job Title

We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Specialist to oversee effective in-process quality control systems across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement best practices in quality control to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Promote quality standards and conduct daily inspections to ensure site compliance.
  • Compile and submit monthly QA/QC reports, conduct training sessions for subcontractors, and issue non-compliance reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to ensure construction activities meet CONQUAS standards.
  • Maintain records of quality-related matters and coordinate with regulatory bodies for assessments.
Requirements:
  • Degree preferably in architectural or structural disciplines.
  • Min. 5 years' experience as a Quality Assurance and Control Specialist or Assistant Quality Assurance and Control Specialist.
  • CONQUAS Manager and Quality Mark Certificate required.
