Quality Assurance and Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Control expert to lead our manufacturing operations.
As a Quality Assurance and Control specialist, you will be responsible for managing the quality of our products from raw materials to finished goods. You will ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and experience working with suppliers and internal departments. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Investigate customer complaints and work with internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in Quality Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
