We are currently seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to fill this challenging role.

This position will involve providing expert support for trading applications, handling escalations from Level 1 and 2 software support staff, and supporting users such as traders and investment operations personnel on financial interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SimCorp Dimension software systems and be able to investigate and resolve problems with the system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing Level 3 subject matter expert support for trading applications
  • Handling escalation from L1 and L2 software support staff
  • Supporting users such as traders and investment operations staff on financial interfaces
  • Investigating and resolving problems with the software system

In order to succeed in this role, the successful candidate will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting SimCorp Dimension is required. Strong knowledge of Financial trading workflows is also essential.

This is a contract position working on a project-based assignment.
