We are looking for a Logistics Coordination Specialist to join our team at People Profilers Pte Ltd. This is a permanent role that requires a strong understanding of air export operations and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of air export shipments.
  2. Prepare and validate required documentation for export transactions.
  3. Trigger pre-alerts and electronic submissions to relevant parties.
  4. Provide backup support to other team members and handle issues related to mishandled or damaged shipments.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines related to Dangerous Goods.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation for the Air Export Team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Air Export Operation.
  • Possession of IATA DG Certification is advantageous.
