Content Strategist Lead

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to lead our content creation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that engage and inspire our audience.
Responsibilities:- Plan and manage a content calendar with a mix of educational and trend-driven posts
- Create engaging content such as infographics, short videos, posts, brochures, and presentations to attract and inspire audiences
- Transform complex research into clear, creative, and relatable content across blogs, articles, social media, emailers, and short-form videos
- Design eye-catching visuals and storytelling formats while keeping the essence of research intact
- Tailor content for different platforms (IG, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with the right tone and style
- Build and engage online communities by sparking conversations and responding to interactions
- Optimise content for SEO to boost visibility and drive organic reach
- Monitor performance, analyse results, and refine strategies for stronger engagement
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field with at least 5+ years of experience in content creation
- Experience developing social-first, engaging formats for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn
- Experience in responding to comments, engaging followers, and fostering positive online interactions
- Experience with SEO, content optimisation, and understanding of analytics tools to measure content performance (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, or social media insights)
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro)
