Project Cost Estimator

This is a challenging role for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Project Cost Estimator. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating tenders, preparing tender submissions, and calculating the cost of construction for projects based on drawings and documents. They will also assist in assessing contractual claims, monitoring budgets, and resolving outstanding claim issues on final accounts and variation orders.
We offer a competitive salary range of $2800 to $4000 per month, 5 days work per week, and career progression opportunities. Our company specializes in project management, cleanroom construction, and data center services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate tenders and prepare tender submissions
- Calculate the cost of construction for projects based on drawings and documents
- Assist in assessing contractual claims
- Monitor budgets and track direct costs on projects
- Resolve outstanding claim issues on final accounts and variation orders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
