As a Travel Experience Curator at Chan Brothers Prestige PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for creating unique and exclusive travel experiences for our discerning clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury travel market and the ability to design and develop innovative travel products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market analysis to identify untapped opportunities and create imaginative travel products aligned with consumer demands.
- Forge strong partnerships with airlines, tourism boards, and land operators to explore novel destinations and pricing strategies.
- Lead special project groups to ensure their success and curate engaging activities for customers during their tours.
- Maintain up-to-date tour package details and related pricing on our website.
- Provide destination training to sales teams to strengthen their destination knowledge.
- Provide dedicated backend support to sales teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Conduct product and sales kit briefings before travel campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications and E-commerce departments to strategically position products in the market.
- Minimum Diploma in Travel-related studies.
- Min 1 year experience in product development within the travel industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated negotiation prowess with the ability to cultivate and manage valuable partnerships.
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency in English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong organizational capabilities and adept multitasking skills.
- Diligent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Tech-savvy and experience in project/product management.
- Able to travel for work.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving travel business environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
