Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supplier qualification strategies for low-cost regions
  • Lead PCBA qualification projects, ensuring suppliers meet technical and quality standards
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to align supplier capabilities with company requirements
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent supplier qualification projects
  • Foster relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and strategic partnerships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong background in PCBA qualification and familiarity with IPC standards
  • Experience working in or with low-cost regions and understanding of associated challenges and opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
