Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Expert to contribute to our organization's growth by analyzing business processes and driving data-driven decision-making.

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable goals.
  • Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Create process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize current and future states.
  • Design and implement solutions that enhance business operations and address identified challenges.
  • Perform data analysis to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery within scope.
  • Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and project plans.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in business process modeling tools and techniques.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
