Job Description:

We are searching for a proactive and motivated individual to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team as a Senior Analyst. As a subject matter expert, you will provide business intelligence solutions and analyses that drive business growth.

You will work closely within the team and cross-functional teams to discover insights and address business opportunities. Your role will involve executing dashboard implementations that meet end-user requirements, maintaining and managing advanced reporting and analyses, and being responsible for the structure, quality, and management of large volumes of data from different sources within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and utilize custom queries, stored procedures, and triggers to extract data from Microsoft SQL Server and Google BigQuery.
  • Distill complex data into meaningful business insights to facilitate decision-making and forward planning.
  • Define website analytics tracking requirements and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in developing dashboards using Tableau.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing relational database systems and writing complex SQL queries.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex data and effectively liaise between technical and non-technical groups.
  • Willingness to show initiative and take ownership of responsibilities.
