About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tram Captain. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.

Responsibilities

  1. Operate the tram safely and efficiently along the designated route.
  2. Provide engaging commentary to enhance the guest experience.
  3. Crowd management and ushering at stations to ensure a smooth flow of passengers.
  4. Assist with guest enquiries and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned to support the operation of the tram service.

Requirements

  • A minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification and above.
  • A valid Class 3 Driving License is required.
  • Pleasant and courteous disposition with strong communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills, confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
