Job Title: Part-Time Service Crew Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Part-Time Service Crew Member.

  • This role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to customers promptly and courteously
  • Taking and processing food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
  • Assist with cashiering and handling payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet and work areas
  • Replenish supplies and support daily store operations
  • Work closely with team members to deliver a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required (training will be provided)
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Able to commit to shifts on weekends, evenings, and public holidays (rotational basis)

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • Weekdays ($12), Weekend ($15)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
