At TAHLIA WATERS HR CONSULTING LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled Billing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent operations of all billing related functions, including timely and accurate month-end close.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the billing team members, their performance, and team functions.
  • Billing jobs from agreed tariffs.
  • Suppliers are paid timely to prevent service interruptions and late fees.
  • Accurate coding and processing of supplier invoices.
  • Monthly reconciliations of supplier statements.
  • Reporting and other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or a Diploma in Accounting or Finance, or any related discipline.
  • Incumbents must possess at least 5 years of billing working experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Excel skills a must. Advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Must be organized, dedicated, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a desire to learn, work independently, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
