Quality Assurance and Control Manager

As a Quality Assurance and Control Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement quality control measures that meet or exceed industry standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. He/She will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality control plans
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure that quality control measures are integrated into all aspects of the project

In addition to your technical expertise, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You should also be able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on your findings.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, architecture)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction quality control/assurance principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
