Quality Assurance and Control Specialist

The Quality Assurance and Control Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our products. They are responsible for implementing and maintaining effective Food Safety (ISO 22000), Quality (ISO 9001), HACCP, Organic, and Halal Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities include establishing, updating, and sustaining these systems, as well as coordinating non-conformity processes, including product on-hold, re-inspection, and final disposition. The specialist must also raise and follow up on customer complaints, ensure compliance to CCP, OPRP, and Quality Control Points, and verify corrective actions for effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree holder in Food Technology or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in QA/QC in relevant industry is an added advantage.
- Advantage to possess knowledge and experience in Statistical Process Control, visual board management, and waste elimination.
