We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven scheduler to manage calendars, appointments, and team coordination. You'll ensure meetings and deadlines are effectively planned and communicated across departments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining schedules for key team members
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, calls, and interviews
  • Sending reminders, follow-ups, and meeting agendas
  • Rescheduling or adjusting calendar events based on shifting priorities
  • Collaborating with team leads to plan project timelines
  • Ensuring time zones and availability are accurately considered

Qualifications include:

  • Experience in scheduling or administrative coordination
  • Excellent time-management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable, professional, and discreet
