Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating various aspects of a project, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices, sub-contractor invoices, and weekly workers petty cash claims.
  • Coordinate with the sub-contractor for on-site measurements to guarantee timely delivery of construction materials.
  • Place orders for necessary materials from suppliers to facilitate project progression.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support operational efficiency.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the renovation or construction industry is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience is required.
  • Excellent working attitude and ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential.
  • Independent, energetic, and presentable individuals with strong interpersonal skills are required.
