Job Summary:

OASIA HOTEL NOVENA, SINGAPORE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that all furnishings, facilities, and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
  • Take charge of assigned areas and ensure that housekeeping services are delivered in line with our established standards.
  • Perform room attendant assignments, including completion of room cleaning and allocation of extra duties.
  • Ensure that work orders and requests are carried out promptly and efficiently.
  • Investigate and follow up on feedback regarding housekeeping services.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.

Requirements:

  • O-Level or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and able to perform strenuous activities and handle heavy loads.
