Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract

Description:

Join BUTLER™ Housekeeping as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the upkeep and training of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that both new and existing customers receive the highest standard of service. This role requires a strong leader who is committed to maintaining our company’s reputation for excellence while nurturing the professional growth of our team.

With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of both customers and staff, providing continuous training, and upholding our high standards. We offer a guaranteed pay match for those currently in a similar position, with the potential for a pay rise as you elevate your own standards and those of your team.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to all clients.
  • Oversee the training and development of new and existing staff, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any client needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all housekeeping tasks meet the highest company standards.
  • Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to travel between various job locations.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
