About Our Infant Care Teacher Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to provide high-quality care and education to infants in a safe and nurturing environment.

  • Caregiving & Daily Routines:
    • Attend to infants' basic needs, including feeding, diaper changing, and ensuring proper rest schedules.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment; follow strict hygiene practices for infants and facilities.
  • Early Learning & Development:
    • Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities to stimulate cognitive, motor, and sensory development.
  • Observation & Assessment:
    • Monitor and document each child's development, behaviour, and milestones for progress tracking.
  • Emotional Nurturing:
    • Provide warmth, comfort, and emotional support to build a secure attachment with infants.
  • Communication with Parents:
    • Share daily updates, developmental progress, and concerns with parents in a professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth classroom operations and consistent care routines.
  • First Aid & Emergency Response:
    • Respond appropriately to accidents or medical situations; be trained in infant CPR and first aid.
