Hotel Ambassador

We are looking for a skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as an ambassador of exceptional customer service. As a bellhop, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.

About the Role

  • Work primarily in one of our 25 hotels in Singapore
  • 5 days' work week with occasional overtime on non-working days
  • Duty meal allowance and uniform allowance
  • Staff rates at Accor hotels in Singapore and worldwide

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by opening doors and assisting guests/visitors
  • Handle luggage for arriving and departing guests, including proper handling, tagging, recording, storage, and delivery
  • Assist with basic guest enquiries and provide tourist information
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Able to converse in basic English
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the work shift
  • Punctual, well-groomed, and possesses a cheerful disposition
  • Able to commit to rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
