Building Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled facility manager to oversee and manage our facilities. This role involves managing facility operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing excellent service to clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Manage facility services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades;
- Coordinate with contractors and specialists to ensure timely completion of tasks;
- Develop and implement emergency response plans;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Qualifications and Skills:- A degree in mechanical or electrical engineering;
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in building mechanical and electrical services;
- Fully certified as a Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM);
- Singapore citizenship or PR status;
