Front of House Operations Leader

The Front of House Operations Leader is a pivotal role within our hospitality team, responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient daily operations.

As a member of our dynamic team, you will lead operations to achieve daily targets, build lasting relationships with guests, and attend to their feedback or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and executing operations to achieve daily goals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests
  • Addressing guest feedback and complaints in a timely manner
  • Coordinating roster planning and development
  • Identifying training needs and developing plans
  • Managing petty cash and banking transactions
  • Ensuring the efficient management of facilities
  • Supporting business growth initiatives
  • Conducting training sessions and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
