Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to support, refine and maintain project management standards within our organisation.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology environment, policies, standards and associated risks. They will review project requirements, deliverables and artefacts to ensure alignment with quality assurance metrics.

This role is integral to our Process Management & Product Development Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing and refining quality procedures, policies and documentation according to standards and regulations.
  • Supporting the implementation of Quality Management best practices for ICT Systems.
  • Promoting a Quality mindset and culture throughout the organisation.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures.
  • Collaborating on improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Participating in audit programs and supporting communication across departments.
  • Managing ICT system changes, digitalisation initiatives and system rollouts.
  • Managing user expectations and understanding user requirements.
  • Collecting and analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in quality assurance, management systems or related roles.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Quality Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, Project Management and GRC.
  • Knowledge of quality principles, audits and development processes.
  • Self-starter with independent working ability.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry standards.
