Administrative Billing Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Billing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of patient billing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Business Office staff and other departments to ensure smooth operation of patient billing activities.
  • Capture all required data elements accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Claim bills promptly and check for reasonableness.
  • Monitor unbilled accounts, update records and databases.
  • Correspond and liaise with patients, third party payers and external organisations.
  • Assist in training new team members and maintain internal control.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
