Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Clinic Assistant. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist doctors in consultation, examination, and dispensing medication to patients.
  • Handle administration and documentation of lab test, radiology, and scanning services from various vendors.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Managing Doctor or Clinic Manager.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work weekday nights, staggered shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enjoy meeting people and providing quality customer service.
  • Team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
