Job Overview

As a dedicated healthcare professional, we are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional clinical and service quality to residents and sponsors.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Assist in the administration of medications and perform simple dressings after receiving proper training.
  • Monitor vital signs and support admission, assessment, and orientation processes for new residents.
  • Supervise junior staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to daily activities for residents and maintain accurate log-books.
  • Encourage resident participation in rehabilitation programs and assist with rehabilitation procedures such as motion exercises and walking.
  • Optimize food costs by reducing waste and monitoring efficient consumable and supply usage.
  • Investigate and resolve feedback and complaints from residents.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Local Trained: NITEC in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Foreign Trained: Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Board Pass (Professional Regulation Council).
  • State registered nurse with Singapore Nursing Board registration.
  • Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
