Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Lead to spearhead our Process Engineering unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive process capability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in NPI, yield enhancement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through special requests, audits, and visits.
  • Evaluate the technical strength and talents in the team by planning resources effectively.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Process Engineering team to accomplish all team goals and objectives.
  • Manage team development through training, coaching, and career mapping; develop personal growth opportunities.
Requirements

A relevant degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Physics or Material Science is essential.

Minimum 8 years of working experience in Wafer Fab or Bump Fab.

At least 5 years of working at management level.
