- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Relevant years of experience in tooling, tool design, or toolmaking.
- Strong knowledge of tooling processes, machining, and tool maintenance.
- Hands-on problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience in leading or mentoring a team of toolmakers.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional departments.
