Job Title: Tyre Management Supervisor

    The role of Tyre Management Supervisor involves overseeing the daily operations of tyre measurement, changing and store management. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records and data are maintained using internal management systems or programmes.
  • Liaise with Bus Workshop for PM and CM tyre services.
  • Conduct morning briefing, take staff attendance and inform officer-in-charge if any staff is absent without official leave.
  • Ensure all staffs do proper dispose of used tyres in an appropriate manner.
  • Look after welfare of staff under command.
  • Assist Executive/Manager on staff utilisation.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in automotive industry especially tyre related work or service is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook etc.
  • Able to read, write and communicate in English.
Education/Certifications:

    NTC 2 (MVM, HDDM, AM) with >8 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
