Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursing Professional to join our team as a Senior/Staff Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Implement nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan and carry out nursing procedures according to client needs.
- Provide training and supervision to care staff and coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare clinical documentation, monitor outcomes of services, and escalate cases if necessary.
- Offer ongoing support and education to caregivers, clients, and families.
- Cover responsibilities and duties assigned from time to time, including coverage of other Staff Nurses in similar facilities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or degree in nursing.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in clinical areas such as acute or community hospitals.
- Good knowledge of healthcare environments and service processes.
- The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and collaborate with partners in the healthcare system.
Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm, 8:00am - 5:30pm, or 8:30am - 6:00pm.
