Job Description

The role involves overseeing daily cash and liquidity management activities, including monitoring cash positions, managing cash pooling arrangements, and forecasting short-term liquidity needs. This includes preparing and ensuring the availability of funds for daily settlements, broker and exchange withdrawals, as well as maintaining banking relationships and liaising for term deposit and short-term loan matters.


Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Cash and Liquidity Management:
    • Monitor cash positions and manage cash pooling arrangements.
    • Forecast short-term liquidity needs and prepare funds for daily settlements.
  • Bank Relationship and Account Management:
    • Maintain banking relationships and liaise for term deposit and short-term loan matters.
  • Financial Reporting and Accounting:
    • Process monthly commission payments with accuracy and adherence to company policies.
    • Prepare various schedules for timely month-end closing of accounts in compliance with financial regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies or Accountancy.
  • Experience in futures or stock broking industry is advantageous.
  • Meticulous and positive attitude with team player skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
