A distinguished global financial institution is seeking a
Senior IT Project Manager (Cash Management) to lead its digital transformation initiatives within the Payments and Cash Management division. You will be entrusted with delivering solutions that significantly enhance operational efficiency and elevate the client experience, all within a supportive, multicultural setting that places great value on diversity and professional advancement.
What you'll do:
As a
Senior IT Project Manager (Cash Management) , you will:
Engage closely with senior leadership to define, develop, and implement holistic digitalisation strategies that are fully aligned with the organisation’s overarching objectives and vision.
Direct cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of advanced digital solutions for payments and cash management, ensuring timely delivery within established budgets.
Devise, oversee, and monitor IT delivery roadmaps for multiple concurrent projects, managing each phase from inception through completion with exemplary attention to detail.
Communicate with clarity and diplomacy to stakeholders at all levels—including executives, staff members, clients, and external partners—to ensure that all initiatives fulfil their requirements and expectations.
Formulate comprehensive change management plans to facilitate seamless transitions to new digital processes and systems while optimising resource allocation across project teams.
Assist domain heads or programme managers in matters pertaining to budgeting by providing precise forecasts and supporting financial planning for large-scale undertakings.
Promote digital literacy throughout the organisation by conducting training sessions and offering guidance so that employees may confidently utilise new technologies.
Identify potential risks associated with digitalisation projects, implementing robust mitigation measures to uphold data security and regulatory compliance at every juncture.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficacy of digital initiatives, utilising these metrics to drive continuous improvement across all endeavours.
Manage relationships with vendors judiciously—including overseeing requests for proposals (RFPs) as required—and ensure unwavering adherence to corporate governance standards.
